Welcome to At Homi! This shipping guide is designed to provide a clear understanding of how we handle and ship your orders. Our mission is to ensure a smooth, transparent, and satisfactory experience from purchase to delivery of our home decor products.
We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States.
We do not offer international shipping at this time. Additionally, we do not ship to U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. boxes.
We offer free shipping on all orders, regardless of the order value or destination within the United States. This includes all products available on At Homi.
The price you see at checkout is the final price. There are no additional shipping fees or hidden charges.
We partner with UPS and FedEx for all shipments. Their extensive network and experience in home decor delivery make them our trusted shipping providers.
Order Processing: 1 business day. During this time, we carefully prepare and package your order for shipment.
Transit Time: 3-4 business days for most orders once shipped.
Most orders will arrive within 4-5 business days from the date of purchase.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with: Your tracking number, a link to track your package, and an estimated delivery date.
You can track your order by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or by visiting our Order Tracking page and entering your order number and email address.
For most orders, a signature is not required upon delivery. However, we recommend being present to receive the delivery, especially for larger items.
To modify an order that hasn’t shipped yet, contact our Customer Support immediately at support@athomi.com with your order number and the changes you wish to make. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
Orders can typically be canceled if they haven’t shipped yet. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled, but you may refer to our Return and Refund Policy.
If your tracking information hasn’t been updated in 5 business days, contact our Customer Support at support@athomi.com to initiate a trace with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
If your package arrives damaged, refuse the delivery if possible and note the damage. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will arrange for the damaged item to be returned and send a replacement.
If you receive the wrong item or if items are missing from your order, contact our Customer Support within 7 days of delivery at support@athomi.com. We will arrange for the incorrect item to be returned and send the correct item or missing pieces at no additional cost.
We are committed to sustainability: We use recyclable packaging materials whenever possible and optimize shipping routes to reduce our carbon footprint.
